The official language of the Congress is English.

Registration

The secretariat of the Congress will be open in the Congress Center:

Registration Fees

*Letter of verification and photocopy of a valid student card required.

On-site registration is charged extra EURO 50.

Fees for PARTICIPANTS and Industry Representatives include participation in the Opening Ceremony and scientific sessions, printed materials of the Congress, Congress Kit, Certificate of Attendance, and coffee-breaks.

Fees for ACCOMPANYING PERSONS include participation in the Opening Ceremony, coffee-breaks and a city tour.

Fees for PARTICIPANTS FROM DEVELOPING COUNTRIES, GRADUATE STUDENTS and NURSES include participation in the Opening Ceremony and scientific sessions, printed materials of the Congress, Certificate of Attendance, and coffee-breaks.

Call for abstracts

The Program Committee welcomes the submission of original contributions for presentation at the Congress. Participants are requested to submit an abstract to the Secretariat no later than January 30, 2011 together with their Registration and Accommodation Forms and fees.

Travel Grants

30 travel grants are allocated for the best abstracts submitted by young scientists (under 33 years old) for poster presentation. For further information please contact the Congress Secretariat at info@wipocis.org

Social Events

The Opening Ceremony: May 1, 2011, 10.00. For registered participants free of charge.
Cruise + Congress Dinner: May 1, 2011, 19.30. Price per person Euro 170.  Please contact Congress Secretariat if you would like to have more information on the event.

The weather in Paris in May is warm and pleasant during the day and cooler in the evening. The air temperature is 17–21ºC.
